We store call recordings, transcripts, photos you or your customers send, and the business facts you enter.

Recordings are kept 90 days unless you delete them sooner. Transcripts stay until you delete the lead or close the account.

You can export or delete your data. We do not sell caller information. CCPA and GDPR access, correction, and deletion requests go to support@skollvoice.com. Use the same address for any questions about your account or this policy.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in or consent data (phone numbers, opt-in records, message history) with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used only to send the transactional messages described in our SMS program.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Voice is processed by our telephony partners. SMS is processed by Twilio and Telnyx.
